I continually get an error message titled Ink System Failure: There is a problem with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP.
I have done a power reset (unplugging for 3 minutes, holding the power button for 30 seconds, plugging it back in to a wall outlet), taken out the ink cartridges and putting them back in, reseating the print head, and nothing works.
It was working just fine, then suddenly stopped! Ink levels are at about 50%.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Resolving 'Ink System Failure', 'System Supply Problem' Errors and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
