@Nishanb, Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand your HP Ink Tank Wireless 415 printer is stuck with the lights on and a blank screen, and you're unable to power it off or on. Let’s try a few steps to get your printer back up and running.

Power Reset the Printer

This is a basic but effective step to clear any temporary hardware or firmware glitches.

  • With the printer switched on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
  • Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
  • Wait for at least 60 seconds.
  • Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet directly (avoid power strips).
  • Reconnect the power cord to the printer and try turning it on.

Check for Display or Button Response

  • After the reset, check if the display lights up or if any buttons respond.
  • If the screen remains blank but lights are still on, proceed to the next step.

Firmware Recovery (if applicable)

If the printer is unresponsive due to a firmware issue, you may need to perform a firmware recovery. While this model doesn’t have a direct recovery mode, you can try updating the firmware using a USB connection from a Windows PC (if available).

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
