It just stopped working one day and says that there is a problem with the ink cartridges. A month or so later I installed new ink cartridges (hp brand) thinking it would maybe fix the problem. I know the cartridges aren’t the problem but maybe it would just give the printer a jolt and get it unstuck. Lol
it was working fine one day and then the next it just stopped working so the whole thing doesn’t make sense. At the moment it is stuck on “cancelling” and I can’t get Bavk to the error message. Which this is different so maybe that’s a good thing except now I don’t know exactly what the error message said. Here’s what I remember….there is an Ink cartridge problem. If this message persists, contact HP support. It said the same before I installed $80 worth of ink which I’m very upset about. I can’t get my $80 bavk so I need this printer to work. And we have been without printer for 4 at least months now if not 6! Please help! Thanks
