I have purchased 2 HP 8720. The first one just finished the starter ink. Nowhere in the literature does it state that 3rd party ink cartridges will not be accepted. I am asking HP to fix this unwarranted blockage or provide me with equal printers that do not have this issue. [content removed]

That reply is not from HP. It is a spammer.

Personally you attitude is not considered appropriate for an answer. If you had approached this with respect, I owuld have helped you. Alas, I am guided by your disrespect of the community. This is a public forum where proper respect is warranted. We are volunteers. You can not threaten a public forum.
Another issue is HP warrants those HP 8720 to work with only HP ink. No security chip, and it does not work. Third party "ink" might clog the physical printhead mechanism.

@Akalan I understand your concern and I will bring your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP.
Although, I'll need some private information from you in order to create a case for you.
Please look for a private message requesting additional information.
Keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers, case details, etc...).
If you are unfamiliar with how the Community's private message capability works, you can learn about that here.
If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the "Accept as solution" on my public post, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!
