Hello,
I have a DeskJet 2600 All-in-One Printer and have changed the tri-colour 304 ink cartridge to an official HP cartridge, however tbe magenta does not work at all.
I have run the alignment and the cleaning multiple times as well as diagnostics and the printer doesn't recognise the error.
It even states 'the ink is genuine HP and is ink levels are OK so should not cause print problems'.
The cartridge is still in warranty but I cannot find how to contact anybody. I have tried twitter and have tried the website numerous times so have decided to see if anybody on here can help. I'm at my wits end with this.
The contact page takes me to a virtual assistant which then tells me I have to sign up for a monthly fee to contact someone about an ink cartridge or come here.
I am based in the UK.
Any help would be greatly appreciated as I'm so frustrated. Its almost as thought HP don't want to help their customers.
