Hi there,

Printer is Tango X - paper is HP- Color lock

My cartridges are brand new - hence full + the expiry date is May 2024.

I've printed a page or two a few weeks back -worked well - and now trying to print something again.

Unfortunately, blue, green, yellow colors are missing. Red and black are fine.

I've followed the procedure for cleaning and aligning the printheads - multiple times - to no avail! 

Still not printing the colors (except red)

I feel cheated, since the cartridges are BRAND NEW and from HP -> costly.

Is there a way to solve this?
