Product: HP Envy 5530

I have a US HP Envy 5530 which should use ink cartridge 61.   I am now back in the UK and the replacement cartridge says use 301.  

 

When i do this i get an error on the printer saying the cartridge is incompatible. 

 

Any suggestions (other than track down 61 ink cartrdiges) greatly recieved.

Hi lloydsal!

 

You can call the HP Support hotline at 1800-474-6836 so the tech supervisor can do the process of "Regionalization" (over riding the cartridge and the location you set on the printer) so you can still use it in UK.
