I have bought and ink cartridges from jarir book store “Saudi Arabia” but it doesn’t want to print! It says error and that the ink i bought is not compatible! The ink has 123 numbers and it’s black and it states that it’s compatible with 2130 printer! Whats the problem then? I tried to go to your shopping store and i did not find it, i only found HP 63XL and it states that its compatible with my printer! So i just bought something that is not actually compatible and it has your logo! Please solve this problem

I'm afraid HP 63XL or HP 123 ink cartridges are not compatible with HP Deskjet Ink Advantage 2135 All-in-One Printer. You will have to use HP 652 Ink cartridges as per your region/country.
HP 63XL or HP 123 ink cartridges are compatible with HP Deskjet 2130 All-in-One Series only.

1) Click on this link - https://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device.
4) Select the country from the drop-down.
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences.
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.

I just cannot find this compatible ink cartridge you said. I have to order it from your shop which costly nad it will take time to deliver to Saudi Arabia. Thank you anyway, i’ll consider buying another printer
