Ink supply levels show the tri-colour to be low. I have an instant ink subscription. I did a lot of the printing today and yesterday which made the level go down. Does it need a few days to register the levels are low? I haven’t had new cartridges since November, I installed the colour one then and only installed my black one yesterday. Do I need to wait or am I doing something wrong in thinking I will just get cartridges sent whenever the ink is low?

You should contact Instant Ink Customer Service by telephone ASAP and check what's up.

 

First you can look in your account, concerning status of shipments.  You can request Expedited Delivery (at an added charge).

 

The support telephone number is in your account, look in the Terms of Service.   Here is a link.

Thank you for your helpful reply, and a quick one at that. Just contacted them and they said the low level was triggered yesterday. So i'm guessing it should just be a few days until I recieve an email conformation. Just out of curiosity, when I am notified of a shipment, how do I request Expedited Delivery?

That's outstanding that they helped.  My quick reply is coincidental, sometimes the Moderartors do not check in for some time; I just happened to timely see your problem.

 

If you look around in your Instant Ink Account, you will find details about expedited delivery.  There is a charge for the service.  Also, check out other details in your account for your future reference.

 

I am not an HP employee; just searching for helpful answers for queries on the forum.

 

A reply is greatly appreciated, if suggestions help or not, as the multitude of volunteers on the forums respond to lots of queries, which requires a great deal of time.  Good luck.
