Hi community, I am having a issue trying to lighten my ink so I'm not using so much ink in one session. My printer is connected to my wifi so I print from my ipad but there is nothing on my printer that says decrease or increase print color.

@LaShae, Welcome to HP Support Community!

Printing in Draft Mode will help you reduce the usage of ink on the printer. However, the print quality will be compromised.

If you are using the AirPrint feature to print, it does not offer such capabilities to change the printer settings.

You can download and install the HP Smart App and follow the steps below:

1) Open the HP Smart App once installed. Tap print documents or print photos as per your requirement.

2) Open the image or the document that you want to print.

3) Tap on the paper type/size at the bottom of the print preview screen.

Tap on Color & Quality > Print Quality > Draft.

Click Done.

Let me know if this helps.

Cheers 🙂
