Product: HP Inktank 415

My black print head light started flashing and the printer wouldn’t work. I have subsequently replaced the print head cartridge, however the light continues to flash and printer not work, despite replacing as instructed and even unplugging the printer to reset before plugging in again. 

please can someone advise how they rectified this issue?
