Thank you. I finally got it working again...and it was not via any of the suggestions from support...which is a bit annoying. I set up ePrint again, which was not working, but it finally showed what was not working on printed report.

Glad to know that you were able to fix the issue. 

 

However, as per the initial information in your post, the printer was not detected by your Mac computer. This sounded like a connectivity issues on the network. The ePrint is a totally a different feature than this.

 

Anyhow, thanks for sharing the solution that worked for you.
