Hi @Vicki682,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding HP ENVY Inspire 7200e printing issues!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
Try these steps:
Check the Paper and Reload:
- Inspect the paper in the input tray for any ripped, dusty, curled, or bent sheets. These can cause paper feed issues.
- Ensure the paper is neatly stacked and correctly loaded into the main tray.
- Slide the paper-width guides inwards until they touch the edges of the paper.
Clean the Paper Feed Rollers:
- Dust and debris might accumulate on the rollers and cause paper jams or feed issues. Use a lint-free cloth dampened with distilled water to gently clean the rollers.
Reset the Printer:
- Disconnect the power cord from the printer while it is turned on.
- Wait 60 seconds and then reconnect the power cord.
- HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet. Turn the printer back on to complete the reset.
I hope this helps.
