Trouble with my computer not recognizing the printer so I tried to download drivers from HP site and got this message.

Hello,

In order to solve this issue, please download Fix problems that block programs from being installed or removed from the Microsoft website, and then try installing again.

It turned out to be a problem with my printer's name not being correct and my wifi was not the same as my husbands (who was printing just fine) so my PC did not communicate with the shared printer. I have a warranty with Dell and they figured out the problem and fixed it. Thanks for your response.
