Product: HP Officejet Pro 8620 e-All-in-One Printer

I just installed an Arris G36 router and my HP8620 finds the wireless network, but is unable to connect.  I get an error that states unable to connect to network.  I've tried everything I could think of - disabled firewall, played with MAC filtering settings, added MAC address directly into router, tried WPS (no push button on G36, but unable to pair).  I renamed all my SSIDs and passwords the same as the old router.  Any other suggestions?

HP Recommended

That printer model supports 2,4GHz wireless band, make sure it's enabled.
