Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, i am new to HP and the instant ink.I have found over the first two months it to be more expensive than i thought so i have decided to cancel this service.

my question is this..

my instant ink service is due to run out on the 28th of this month and i belive that after this date my inks will no longer work. i have used all my entitled prints so far and would need to purchase more if i print, i have bod inks to replace the instant inks already so coul i use the standard inks now instead of incuring more of a charge over the next month? or will my staqndard inks be interprited as instant inks due to my sign up date and cancelation request date?????

Many thanks in advance for any help you can provide

Mark

Hi @MarkB2401,

Welcome to HP Forums, this is a great place to get support, find answers and tips.

Thank you for posting your query. I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you want to cancel your instant ink program and use the standard cartridges from the store.

You need to remove all the instant ink cartridges and then install the standard cartridges on the printer. Also, you may cancel the program on your accounts page.

You may check the link: HP Instant Ink

Let me know if this works.

You have a good day ahead.

Hi @MarkB2401,

Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you have already canceled the instant ink account and wanted to if you will be billed after installing the cartridges purchased from the store.

You will not be billed after you remove all the instant ink cartridges.

You need to first remove all the instant ink cartridges and then install the standard ink cartridges and start printing.
