OfficeJet Pro 6970 All in One

Hi, After recently buying a 6790 for my home printing I enroled in the Instant Ink subscription that had an offer of 3 Months Free Trial. In the info with the printer it explains that the 3 months free will be applied once enrolled, no code is required and it would be applied automatically, however after enrolling in the £1.99 per month subscription and completing the activation my account does not show the 3 months free.

Could anyone offer any advice on how I can activate this.

Thanks in advance.

S.

@SiWilliams

Thank you for posting on HP Forums,

The Riddle_Decipher is at your service!

Normally, once you enroll with the HP Instant Ink account, select a plan and insert the instant ink cartridges, the 3 month free trial should get activated and show up on your account page, if you've done all of this and yet, it doesn't show up, I should be able to validate your account and help resolve your concern, accordingly,

Meanwhile, here are a few things you may want to know about your HP Instant Ink account page before we get into the details of resolving your concern: Click here for FAQs.

  • Your HP Instant Ink account page contains the data on past deliveries and estimated shipments.
  • It also helps you understand what state your cartridges are in based on HP's data,
  • Any issues will be shown with its solution using a step by step approach, to make it easier for you!

Please check your account page to see the latest cartridge information by signing into your account at "instantink.com".

If the suggested information can't be found, You may respond to the private message I've sent out and I'll help you out, accordingly

Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it as I've sent out a list of questions and I could provide a better solution once I have the answers: Click here for more details on how to access the private messages on HP Forums

We eagerly await your response,

And Take care.

@SiWilliams

Thank you for responding,

This is the Riddle_Decipher, again!

I appreciate the details, I've validated the same and everything seems to be in order, all you need to do is insert the instant ink cartridge into your printer,

Once done the 3-month free trial should be automatically added to your existing 1 month from the friend referral program,

If you have any issues as such after inserting it, you let me know right away and I'll add it for you.

Keep us posted,

(We shall troubleshoot as a team, fight till the end and emerge - "victorious")
