Hi, I am currently experiencing a cartridge problem error with the tri colour cartridge in my printer. This has occurred previously but a simple cleaning of the contacts both on the cartridge and the printer itself resolved the issue allowing me to print again. This has since occurred again and cleaning has not resolved the issue. Therefore a replacement cartridge is needed from the instant ink service to resolve the error. Would this be possible?
