I have a similar situation but my problem is that I’ve inserted a standard ink cartridge and the printer won’t accept is because it’s not a cartridge from the instant ink plan. Had I known this before I bought the printer and printing plan I wouldn’t have bought them. This was back in December so I no longer have the receipt. Is there anyway to be get a refund from HP? Or get credit for the 2 cartridges I bought? Please help.
