I cancelled my Instant Ink subscription, paid my final bill, returned the Instant Ink cartridges, then purchased new cartridges, I followed all of the rules. It's been 29 days and I cannot use my printer. I have called Instant Ink tech support and after spending over an hour on the telephone and new cartridges sent to my home, my printers still tells me to "connect printer to update HP Instant Ink status". I just want to be able to use my printer. I have tried resetting, disconneting, unplugging the router, ect. but nothing. It's always a route back to siging up for Instant Ink. I was so desperate to use my printer before that I just signed back up so that I could use my printer, NOT THIS TIME!!
Tell me the correct information, remove the cookies or program that is preventing me from using the printer that I purchased. I am a loyal HP supporter, every computer and printer in my home has an HP logo. But this experience has me wondering if it is time to explore other options.
