Hi - I have just ran out of black ink but the levels on the printer and app show as being nearly full. You have just sent me cyan, magenta and yellow which is great but black is urgently required!! Why is my printer showing incorrect levels? How do I keep an eye on this going forward as dont want to have to source ink elsewhere when I am paying a monthly fee. Thank you.

The troubleshooting steps in the document here may help resolve black not printing on your Officejet 6978 printer. Be sure to check the vents and that the cartridge is seated properly as shown in step four.
The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
