Instant Ink

Hi I have just purchased a HP Office Jet Pro 8710 and tried to connect to Instant Ink but says the printer is not eligible but it is on the list of eligible printers, confused, has anyone had this issue?

HP OfficeJet Pro 8710 Series is eligible for Instant Ink.

It is listed but when I try and register for Instant Ink and enter the code that printed off my printer it states that the printer is not eligible and not sure why.

Could you please share the Serial number of the printer and the place(Country) you purchased this printer.
