Hello @Cephachrome

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!

I understand that you're wondering how to get your HP Deskjet 3630 Printer enrolled into Instant Ink without having ink to be able to print off the "Information Page". I would be happy to look into this with you and please remember to return to this thread and mark 'Accept as Solution', if I have successfully helped you resolve the issue. If you wish to say 'thanks' for my effort to help, click the 'thumbs up' to give me a Kudos.

Your printer is capable of Instant Ink and there are a couple ways to get around this.

First, your printer is capable of printing in single-cartridge mode. Do you have enough ink in one of the cartridges to be able to print off the information page? Please remove the empty cartridge and try again.

If the issue persists and you're in the US, I recommend that you go to 123.hp.com/setup and download the software for your printer (even if you have already done this previously). The first part of the setup will take you through the Instant Ink enrollment and I should automatically add the printer for you without needing to print off the Information Page (to get the claim code).

Otherwise, try these steps:
1. Open your internet browser and enter the printer's IP address in the address bar.
2. Go to the Web Services tab
3. Click on the setup option (left side of the screen)
4. Click on the continue option (bottom right side of the screen)
5. Scroll down the page and confirm they have read the information and click on the continue option.
6. If the process does not automatically go to the next page - check to see if the POP up blocker is turned on. Either turn off the POP-up blocker momentarily or if you hold the Ctrl (control) button down and click on the 'Continue' option again, it should bypass the POP-up blocker.

Please let me know if you need further assistance. Smiley Happy

@Cephachrome,

Thank you for your reply, I'll be more than glad to help you.

I understand that you wanted to know where to find the printers IP address for your HP Deskjet 3630 Printer.

Please follow the steps provided below to print the IP address of the printer:

On the printer's control panel, press the Wireless button  and the Information button  at the same time.

Both a Network Configuration Page and a Wireless Network Test Report print.

You may check the link for the complete steps: Printing Self-Test Pages

Let me know if this works.

You have a good day ahead.

I am sure this will work but I can't print anything as I have no ink to do this. I don't wanna spend £25 on new ink as that Is basically how much I will spend if I have instant ink. Thanks
