  • I'm a new instant ink enrollee.  I got an email stating I only have 22 pages left until 2/5 before I get charged for overages.  My plan is 300 pages per month which I understand is maximum.   This seems unfair since they have me in a holding pattern from 1/21 to 2/5--I can't print or copy, which is very inconvenient.   This reinforces to me that I need to check my page count more frequently.  Honestly, this is my first month and I had no idea I'd reach the max so quickly, so I haven't checked at all.
  • Another paragraph states I won't  be billed for any "regular pages" until 4/6.  Can someone  interpret which statement they mean?

It sounds like you signed up for the "3 months free" promotion, which means the normal $9.99/month (if you are in the US) will not be charged until April.  The normal printing for the first three months will be "free", you would be charged for any overages.

The 300 page per month plan has a charge of $1.00 for 25 additional pages.  If you do not use the entire 25 pages of an overage the unused portion would be carried over to the next month.  Likewise, any unused paged under the 300 pages would be carried over to the next month.

If you stay under the 300 pages per month there would not be any charges until April.  If you go over the 300 pages in a given month you would be charged in $1 increments to cover the overage.

Thanks, Bob.  You confirmed my  suspicions.  I may have to rethink this entire program.  It's a good thing I have another printer, but I hate not having access to both.  After the 3 month deal, I may make some changes, as they are both on the program, I just haven't installed the ink in other printer .yet since I still had a supply of ink and wanted to use it up first because it cost me $99. And I didn't want it to dry up.

Again, Bob, thanks!
