Was working fine, in the middle of a print job in fact. Suddenly colors were not getting on the pages. Ran all diagnostics, intermittent acceptable quality pages with random black and white only pages.
Looked into front, pulled cartridges, saw broken ink tray on printerhead had been forced through to undercarriage!
Oh and while looking inside ink began running out of back from seams and paper feeder! No the cartridges were not in it at the moment! Now what?!?!?!
I won't mind replacing but I'm broke!

I'm afraid this would confirm a hardware issue and the printer needs to be repaired.
