After a thunderstorm I experienced a problem with the printer and its self-diagnosis told me to replace the printhead, which I did. I reinstalled the cartridges I had (they all contained a moderate supply). I received a message to replace the magenta with a new cartridge, which I did, but the remaining lights kept flashing. I replaced all the cartridges with new ones, but now the printer won't work at all. I get a message in the printer utility saying "There is a problem with the printer...contact HP." I have the feeling that after all the expense I had replacing the printhead and all new cartridges, it was a waste and still have to replace the printer. **NOTE I've tried numerous times to reset the printer by the "unplug and wait" method. Thanks in advance for any advice (or sympathy).
