Hello,

I realize with my new HP printer, contrary to my previous HP printer, that printing in draft mode seems to be impossible. Indeed on the small digital of my printer it is only planned to copy in draft mode.

 

I underline that on the screen of my computer there is no possible choice  concerning draft mode either for copy or printing. On my previous computer the decision to use draft mode for copy or printing was made on the screen in question.

 

Thank you for any advice.

Check your driver for the option for quick view print. If your current driver does not offer that option, install the Universal Printer Driver, your printer is supported. https://support.hp.com/ca-en/document/c04324001

Does your current driver show that option if you go to print properties before printing a job? Click print in an application, when the print dialogue box appears click on properties

Then click on the paper/quality tab on the next window that opens and select the print quality from th options in the lower right.

If it is help installing the printer driver post back with a description of how you connect wired or usb or wireless.
