I am using an HP Envy 4527 on Windows 10 on a laptop computer.
For some time past, when I click on https://instantink.hpconnected.com>My Services>HP Instant Ink>Instant Ink Dashboard and then log in, I get this error message: -
HP Instant Ink – Ink replacement service
Something went wrong. We apologise for the inconvenience. We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties, but will be back soon. Please check back shortly. Thank you.
I doubt if it would take HP several days to sort out a technical problem, so I doubt if this is a true explanation of the problem.
How do I get past this?

Welcome to HP Forums!
I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.
I would request you to use https://instantink.hpconnected.com to log in to your Instant Ink account.
This would work without any issues.

Your link, https://instantink.hpconnected.com takes me to the page: -
https://instantink.hpconnected.com/uk/en/?jumpID=va_nxc3gze76w
This page is more concerned about advertising the Instant Ink product, than actually using it.. However, it does have a "Sign in" button top right. Clicking on this buttom merely re-opens the same page.
How can I get round this, or Is there any other route to my InstantInk page?
I have deleted all the HP cookies on my computer, in case these contained errroneous information, but this made no difference.
