Product: HP Envy 4524

Ink is not adhering to the paper and we have been told it may be the type of ink used! Your help would be appreciated.

I believe your printer uses HP 63 and HP 63XL ink cartridges, both Black and Tri-Color. Other countries may use different numbers.

 

They are liquid therefore they contain water but for the Black the ink type is  Pigment-based

and for the tri-color, it is  Dye-based
