Oops, yes, the photo and color inks are dye based.

Hello,
I'm wondering about the HP 26, for the DesignJet 600. The site lists it as dye-based, but it's pretty water resistant, and the MSDS says it contains carbon black. I would love to use a pigmented ink, but have heard conflicting things about this damaging the machine. Thank you so much for providing your expertise!

The HP 26 cartridge is pigment based, at least if you get a genuine HP one. Third party products might use dye based ink.

I do not know about the Designjet 110. This forum is focused on consumer level products. For the Designjet you may have better results posting in the HP DesignJet forum here, that is where the DesignJet experts can be found.
