I have tried and tried to print an old photo that I scanned in. It is a 1200 dpi around 30 meg file. It is large because I want the best quality possible. When I try to print, it looks like it is going, according to the print manager, but the printer does nothing. In fact, I have to unplug the printer for a few minutes to be able to print anything at all, from any device I have. Is there a file size limitation?

Hi @Joatmon5,
Welcome to the HP Support Community
I'd like to help!
I understand you are unable to print an old photo
To assist better -
- What's the application you are trying to print from? Have you tried printing from a different application or device?
- Are you receiving any error messages?
Meanwhile, to resolve the printer offline issue try the steps in the document -HP printer is offline or not responding
Hope this helps! Keep me posted.

I tried a different app and I tried on a PC with a different program, as well. Printer will not print. But since you say the limitation is 1 Gb, then I will try other options. I just needed to know the max file size. Thanks.
