HP Photosmart 7520 e-All-in-One Printer

The black ink does not print.  I have washed the printhead twice and still no print.  I have changed the cartridge with the same result.  I can perhaps order a printhead from Wolfgray.  It says for 564 which should be the same as 364 although I have read that there is a regional problem between the two.  Since I have several new cartridges, I would like to get a printer that uses them if I have to go the purchase path.  Any suggestions?

You will hardly find a new printer that can use HP 364 cartridges because those printers are no longer produced for several years now.
