Operating System: macOS 10.13 High Sierra

Is the Hp eprint service down? My printer connects fine to my Mac and WiFi broadband works but for two days if I use your eprint service via email it says you have sent to the printer via it’s email address but nothing prints? Are you no longer offering the eprint service? Can’t speak to a human being to find out.
