I recently installed an HP OfficeJet 8015e network printer at home. All went well with 123Print installation until a locally attached Photosmart 7760 printer started randomly printing out jibberish all by itself. It will even turn itself on and print out a sheet or two. I did not have this problem prior to installing the above. I have deleted and reinstalled the 7760 and same problem. Any suggestions? All printer drivers are up to date.

Irwin6, thank you for your quick, and detailed response, I have not gone thru those steps yet, I removed 123 print from my attached laptop and removed and reinstalled the printer and the problem has not surfaced since then. It’s also curious that the problem started right after installing 123. Maybe just a coincidence. I’m just going to wait and see now. Thks
