Hi Everyone
First time new printer purchased HP deskjet 2331 and unable to print anything since new Catridge 805 which are genuine catridges inserted but am getting error "Use Setup Catridges" only error and not allowing. If I hardset printer, the test page is printed correctly with color and black and white. I do not have setup catridges now.
Kindly help, am feeling sad that I went for HP printer.

Welcome to HP Support Community!
To bypass the message on the printer the only option left is to perform an OOBE reset and re-initialize the printer.
The reset instructions are specific for your printer and performing those steps on a different printer may brick the device.
I've sent you a private message with reset instructions, follow the reset instruction to perform a full reset and re-initialize the printer.
