Product: OFFICEJET PRO 8725
Operating System: macOS 10.15 Catalina

Can anybody please advise..... on my OfficeJet 8725 Google Slides documents that contain images appear like this (image on the right), when printed via Google Slides, but when printed via Powerpoint (downloaded to) it prints fine.

 

I printed it at the local library via Slides at it was fine on a different printer..... can anybody shed any light?

Have also tried printing via a iPad and the same result - does anybody please have any ideas?

@RMumford, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Have you tried printing the same document from Google slides to a different printer and check if the issue persists?

 

For now, Update the printer firmware

Click here to know different methods of updating printer firmware.

 

Also, check for any software updates on MAC

Click here to know how.

 

Keep me posted for further assistance.
