Hello,

I have always used my printer to handle long formats with a maximum height of 600 mm and a length of up to 7 meters. However, starting about a week ago, the plotter has stopped printing beyond a certain length.

The issue varies: sometimes it stops at 1300 mm, other times at 1700 mm, and then it prints a blank sheet with only the border box. This means the plotter is technically printing something since it creates the margin box across the entire sheet, but for some reason, the rest of the print is blank.

Does anyone know what could be causing this problem, and how I can fix it?
