Sir, I bought my Hp printer in UAE, where the I used to use the INK Advantage cartridge 650 for both, black as well as the Tri-colour. Now I have settled down in India and I am unable to purchase these cartrdige and instead, your stores have suggested to use No. 678 instead of 650. I bought these cartridge but it does not work. The error shown is that it is not compatiable with my printer. Please help me.

As you have purchased this HP Printer in UAE and currently trying to use it in India,

 

You have to perform a printer regionalization in order to use new ink cartridges.

 

You have to contact HP support to get assistance on printer regionalization.
