Hello! I recently got a new router/modem and changed my Wifi network name and password. I have tried multiple times to connect my HP Envy 4502 printer to my new network and it does not allow me to connect, no matter how many times I enter the correct password. I even called my internet service provider to see if it had to do with the network capacity, and they created a separate network to support the 2.4 GHz needed for the printer, but it is still not connecting. What am I missing here?

Hi @Latinkay03,
Welcome to the HP Support Community.
I'd be happy to help you!
If you have tried all the steps from the below documents and still having issues, then the printer needs to be checked.
Wi-Fi connection is lost after router or network settings change
Troubleshoot a Wi-Fi connection to an HP printer
Update the firmware.
Hope this helps! Keep me posted for further assistance

Hello, none of these steps worked. I got a Wireless Network Test Result page from my printer (after getting new ink) and it tells me that my printer cannot connect to my wireless router because MAC address filtering may be enabled on my router. I have tried adding the MAC address to my router's list of accepted devices, and restarted everything (router/printer) and it is still not connecting. What else can I do?
