I am trying to print on business cards, but the cards will not pull to be printed on....if that makes sense. I saw that someone suggested changing the paper type, but business cards is not an option. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks

Hi, thank you so much for responding. The weight is 90-94 pounds. I volunteer for an organization who provides food and clothing to people in need. I am trying to print ID cards for the clients to streamline their check-in process. I really don't want to print on paper, I'll have the same issue if I print on card stock. Don't want to buy a laminator....we function soley on donations and none of us are paid. Any thoughts?

That paper isn't that heavy as I suspected to be for a business card paper.
Depending on printers age and pages printed rubber rollers that are used to pick up paper from tray get dirty and slippery and the result is that printer won't feed paper properly.
To test this theory you can load one sheet of business paper in the tray and send job to be printed, use your hand, place your fingers inside sou you can touch the sheet of paper and when printer starts to feed paper use your fingers or hand to push sheet and help printer to load paper more easily.
If it loads and prints then you will need to get your rubber paper pickup rollers cleaned.

Thanks again. I can't keep the drawer open when printing, maybe I can feed through the top? I'm going to play around with it, maybe I can clean the rollers. I absolutely love this printer in every other way, it's a great little machine. Never jams, prints nicely.....Thanks again!

I just looked better the output tray is fixed and you cant use your hand to push paper.
Remove on the backside duplex, check the interior of the printer in the middle you will see grey rubber rollers touching paper in tray clean them with cotton swabs with some cleaning liquid on cotton swabs.
