Hi, I have problems with my 3735 printer.
From Android phone, the picture printing stops halfway through. On the computer, it gives me error and does not print anything!
It prints all the reports, it copies and even scans! It just does not print from the devices... I tried installing all back again and all the advices... I'm desperate!

Hi @ChrisOwl,
I'd like to help!
To better assist you -
- What is the status of the wireless light on the printer, steady or blinking?
- Is your printer connected to a home or public network?
- I would like to know, is your router set to work on 2.4 GHz network or 5 GHz network band?
- What is the error you receive when printing a document?
Keep me posted.

Hi @Jay_G24
1. My light is steady and blue, it even gives maximum signal!
2. The printer is connected to a home network
3. It works on both bands.
4. It does not give me any "codes", it just says that there is an error from the computer (it works via usb). With the cellphone it does not give any error at all, it simply does not print all the picture, but just half of it!
Thank you !

Let's try a power reset on the printer
Reset the product
- With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
- Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
- Wait at least 60 seconds.
- Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
- Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
- Turn the printer on. HP recommends plugging the printer directly into a wall outlet.
Also, try updating the printer's firmware - HP Printers - Updating or Upgrading Printer Firmware
- What is the exact error on the computer?
Keep me posted!
