Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi everyone.

I've been trying to print A6 cards with my Envy 6020 but I haven't been able to get the outcome I expected.

What I'm trying to achieve is to print four borderless A6 documents on a A4 paper. The four cards are all the same size, which is a quarter of an A4 paper. Upon selecting the printing method, I can select the borderless option, though it seems that the whole document gets enlarged when printed and so what happens is that the final size of the A6 cards is wrong (and, in fact, not an A6 anymore). I've tried to print from Office Word and Photoshop and I don't think this is software related.
After some online research it looks that some printing options are missing. I'm on Windows but when trying to print the very same document from a Mac, there were quite a few additional settings, specifically "paper handling" that allowed me to select the "A4 borderless" option. When printing from a Mac I did get the expected result and the size was respected.
I've already looked for a driver update but it seems I have the latest version already. It does seem weird to me that there are such different settings on different operating systems. Does anyone have any experience with this? Is there any way I can solve this?
Thanks for you help!

There might be a number of things going on, including the kind of software you are using and which print software is installed on the Windows computer.

Edits / Updates -- Remove references to multiple photo printing

Printer Software

The Full Feature Software / full driver printer software should be installed on the Windows system.  This is in addition to having installed the HP Smart application.  The full solution software provides access to the printer features including Shortcuts and Printing Preferences.

Tray and Paper Management

Paper Handling is available to alert the printer to the paper size and type to be used with the current job.

Because this printer lacks a printer control panel, use the Embedded Web Server (EWS) to manage the paper size and type settings.  EWS is available in the Web Browser or from within HP Smart.
