I have a P2055dn printer that prints just fine until the paper hits the last set of rollers that would send it out to the top of the printer. As soon as it hits those rollers it stops printing and says jam in cartridge area. I've checked those rollers and they work just fine they don't seem tight at all and have no physical damage. Is there some sensor that could be off? Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated

There are several sensors in the paper path that must all be triggered in order. There is one that is activated by the flaps in the exit assembly, one in the fuser and one under the metal plate in the bottom of the toner cartridge cavity. Use compressed air and blow down the slot where the flag sticks up in case dirt is preventing the sensor from detecting the open and close of the flag.

I did blow air down that sensor and it didn't fix the issue. Looking at the printer more it looks like the top rollers are potentially not rolling when the paper hits them which is causing the paper to get stuck right before being spit out. What should be causing those rollers to spin and when should they start spinning? Should they start spinning as soon as I begin printing?
