When trying to print from my 2 MacBooks the job get stuck in the queue with the message 'printer in use' displayed.

This has only just started happening, have had no issues for almost 2 years. No issue printing from Windows PC or from iPhones.

I'd like to help!

 

Perform the steps from this document and see how it goes. 

 

Also, update the firmware for your printer, by selecting the current OS version and also update Mac os.
