After changing the black ink cartridge in my HP Photosmart Premium C309a printer / scanner I got an error message. First it said there was something wrong with my cartridges (cartridges damaged), which I have seen before as the printer detects I use house brand cartridges instead of original HP cartridges and HP doesn't like that.
Then later the error message changed to "Problem with printer head, please remove all cartridges, lift the grey lever and remove the printhead. Place printhead and cartridges back." Of course I did what is asked multiple times, but that doesn't make a difference and the same error message keeps coming back and locks the use of the printer. Is there any way to get rid of this message? I cannot use my printer now and neither the built-in scanner, when before I changed the black cartridge it was working just fine.
