🤔

I am trying to print an A4 sheet of labels they are set correctly on the PC at (w) 63.5 x (h) 72mm.  When they print they are coming out as 63.5 x 68mm this is throwing the contents of the label onto the one above.  I have tried printing onto plain A4 paper so I do not waste sheets of labels it does the same.  It is not the content affecting it as I have tried adding borders and printing empty labels.  I have tried setting the (table) height to fixed.  Thanks

I have just tried something, deleted the bottom two rows from the label table, it still reduced the height of the label from 72 to 68 mm.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you facing issues printing labels.

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

What is the operating system you are using?

From which application/software you are printing?

Hi, I am using Windows 10 (64 bit) with Office 365. The same reduction in size happens whichever Printer I use. It doesn't appear to be a problem with margins, as the 'table' i constructed only fills 2/3rds of the A4 sheet, so there was plenty of space for the table to print full size.

I recommend you root uninstall the printer and then reinstall and check if it helps.

Here is how it is done.

1.) In Windows, search for and open Programs and features

2.) Select your HP Printer

3.) Select Uninstall

4.) In Windows, search for and open Devices and printers

5.) In the Devices and Printers windows look for your HP printer. If you see it listed right-click on it and choose 'Delete' or 'Remove Device'

6.) Open up the run command with the "Windows key + R" key combo.

7.) Type printui.exe /s and click Ok. (Note: there is a space in between “printui.exe” and “/s”)

8.) Click on the "Drivers" tab

9.) Look for HP Printer driver. If you see it Click on it and click Remove at the bottom

10.) Select Ok

11.) Select Apply and Ok on the Print Server Properties windows

12.) Close Devices and Printers

13.) Restart the PC

14.) Download and install the printer software from the below link.

Hi, Completed the un-install and reinstalled. it is still doing the same thing.  Un-installed both the printers and only reinstalled the Envy 5460.

I have tried with a different label size, just in case. (the original labels size was a L7164 laser type, but should not affect the size, the 2nd label was an L7160 general purpose label, I even tried a J8165 which is only 4 labels per A4 sheet)
Thanks for your patience.
