Hi,

Need help! 

When I try to print a page from tray 2 the error light flashes and the display on the printer states that there is an error. The message states that it cannot print - load paper in tray 2. Tray 2 is full of paper (have tried full, 3/4 and half full). The error message scrolls through loading paper, adjust the slides to secure the paper in place. The printer looks like it will print - but then the same issue happens. The printer cartidges are full. There are no other issues - I have run the trouble shooter and it states that it cannot find any issues.

Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

HP Recommended

Check the paper size and type settings on the printer to make sure they match what the program is trying to print on. You can also try printing reports from the control panel of the printer to see if it feeds. If it does then most likely this is a settings mis-match between driver and printer.
