Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Managed to get the printer functional earlier in the day after experiencing the same issue. When looking at the home screen the "Copy" button has a small warning icon on it. Checked the network configuration (LAN) to be sure nothing was awry added the printer to several other PCs. A few jobs got stuck in the queue, so the employee power cycled the machine. Warning sign showed back up on copy function and now, nothing will print, scan, etc. When I try to see what the error is, no code come up. I have factory reset, but to no avail. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
