Laser Jet Pro MFP M477fnw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My MPF M477fnw powers on to the "Load Paper" screen and stays there.  When I open the paper drawer and replace it or if I hit the home button it was move on but stays stuck on the Initializing screen.

I have done all the troubleshooting steps,  Power off for more then 2 hours.  re-flash firmware.  did a cold NVRAM reset.  I purchased a new formatter as most posts say that is the issue if the steps don't help.    I still get the same Initializing hang up.

The odd thing is I can remote in and change settings etc.  I can not perform a paper clean.  I can do a scan or copy but when It goes to print the copy it's status goes back to load paper until I delete the job.
The status on the Windows computer shows "out of paper"

If I pull the tray and put it back in that always sets it back to initializing.  If I load tray 1 and try to print to it I get the same results.

Is this a tray sensor error or a board error or something else?
