Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Printer working perfectly yesterday, but today it is "offline" and I can't get it back online.  Tried troubleshooting...Troubleshooting thinks printer is truned off (which it is not). Tried turning printer on and off, tried shutting down computer and rebooting.  Nothing is working

How are you connecting to the printer, usb, wired network or wireless network?
